Working with Microsoft Project

Objectives:

• To understand different task types
• To set up a resource pool for a project
• To assign resources to tasks
• To understand different levels of tracking project progress

Duration of module: ca. 3 to 4hours

What you need: PC with Internet connection, MS Project 2003 or MS Project 2007
